• Pediatric Chiropractic – gentle, effective care to support healthy growth, development, and comfort for children.
• Family Wellness – chiropractic care for active families, posture correction, and lifestyle-focused treatment.
• Active Recovery – blending adjustments, soft-tissue therapy, and corrective movement strategies to reduce pain and restore mobility.

Dr. Heidi believes in creating individualized treatment plans that address the root cause of pain while also improving strength, balance, and long-term wellness. Her mission is to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that not only relieves discomfort but also empowers her patients to live healthier, more active lives.

A proud Inland Empire native, Dr. Heidi grew up and continues to live in the community she serves. Outside the clinic, she enjoys fitness training, spin classes, cooking healthy meals, and hiking with her golden retriever, Jax.
